Mintie was admitted to practice in 2002, having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University in 2000.
She has extensive experience in commercial litigation in the Supreme Court, the District Court, the Federal Court, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the State Administrative Tribunal, and has appeared as junior counsel and instructing solicitor in many cases with senior counsel.
Mintie gives critical thought to every step of litigation on behalf of her clients and has strong attention to detail.
She has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide under the category “Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyers” in 2017, 2018 and 2023. Mintie is a member of the Law Society of WA, Women Lawyers of WA Inc and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.

Kate graduated from theUniversity of Notre Dame in 2021 having completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Since graduating Kate has worked as a Judicial Support Officer at the Perth Children’s Court and as a Law Graduate in commercial law.
Upon being admitted to practice in February 2023, Kate commenced working as a Solicitor at Lemonis and Tantiprasut Lawyers.
Kate is a member of the LawSociety WA and Women Lawyers of WA Inc.
