Mintie recently chaired the Iona Past Pupil’s Association (IPPA) entrepreneurship seminar – a wildly fun, exciting and empowering event that focused on sharing stories and lessons about being a ‘Boss Lady’.
Mintie spoke about overcoming self-doubt, taking risks and adapting her business to unforeseen circumstances before interviewing the speakers. The speakers, all past Ionians, Shannon Jenson, Melissa Italiano, Sofia Lenzo and Trish Bridge gave wonderful insights into the challenges and joys of being a ‘Boss Lady’ across diverse and exciting areas such as construction, perfumery, fashion and beauty!
